SENIOR LIVING IN COSTA RICA

DII INTERNATIONAL is currently promoting developments in Costa Rica, specially in the development and investment of “Senior Living Communities in Costa Rica”, based on the fact that many North Americans are already living in Costa Rica and looking to retire, and with a way of life enjoying the comfortable and the nature and biodiversity that the country offers.

The project will seek to create recreational green spaces, wellness centers, spa, yoga, theater, commercial dining recreational activities, arts and craft with an architecture sensitive to the senses. As a plus to the project, it is intended to hire doctors and therapists; providing a personalized service and thus improve the quality of life of residents in the senior segment.
