Rossy Pedroza-Salazar, with her company DII International and under the direction of Architect Gabriel Salazar, who has been involved in developments of Real Estate Investment projects in Florida bringing to Costa Rica the know-how from the USA.

As President of DII International, she is involved in Sales and Development of Real Estate Projects in Costa Rica and Florida, backed by her real state License from the State of Florida in the USA. She is part of a national network of real estate agents as a member of the National Association of Realtors.

We are currently promoting the Sales of several Luxury Apartment Resort Projects in Costa Rica, in the United States and custom luxury homes: projects ranging from $500 thousand to $3.5 million.

Additionally, DIVERSIFIED INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS, its partner Gabriel Salazar, who is an architect has experience of more than 40 years in his company SALAZAR ARQUITECTURAL GROUP, in the Design and Development and Sales of Projects such as Hotels, Apartments specialty in SENIOR LIVING.

Rossy is also the President of COSTA RICA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE USA, the only Costa Rican Chamber in the United States, promoting International Trade and Investment Development, especially in Real Estate in Costa Rica.
